Political News – My Pillow CEO Visits White House and Talks Martial Law

In the wake of the attack on the Capitol; there have been a spate of cabinet members and White House personnel who have resigned; in an attempt to distance themselves from President Trump. There are, though; some loyalists who are sticking around to the end and talking to Trump about potential Martial Law and other ways to flip an election result that has long since been decided.

One person that has been visibly pro-Trump over the last four years is Michael Lindell, CEO of My Pillow. Lindell paid a visit to the White House this week; but rather than being a friendly visit, it would seem that he was there with an agenda. Lindell was seen at the White House; with notes apparently pertaining to what was discussed in his time with the President.

The notes were a little unexpected, to say the least.

As he waited for the meeting; some of Lindell’s notes were visible, with one of the more jarring pieces saying to use “martial law if necessary.” That was enough to dominate the news headlines; but there were other parts of the notes that were equally wild. With talk about the insurrection attempt being put together by a foreign nation, with both Iran and China mentioned in those parts of the notes.

Also included within the notes was the idea of replacing CIA Director Gina Haspel with Kash Patel; a known Trump loyalist. Patel was on the staff of Rep. Devin Nunes during the investigation into the Russians meddling with the 2016 election won by Donald Trump. Patel’s work to discredit the investigation saw him earn a spot in the Pentagon in November; with Trump making that call.

The fact that Lindell’s meeting with the President lasted less than ten minutes; suggest that any noted and ideas he may have were not necessarily presented or seen as a viable option by Trump. Lindell; though, seems intent on continuing to push the narrative of widespread voter fraud in the November election, a claim for which no hard evidence has been produced. Lindell has taken to social media since the election to continue to push the false narrative.
